Meet Irina Kaminsky

I am an Interior Designer with MFA degree from New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) and a Real Estate Agent at Beachfront Realty. I have been living in Miami since 2007, prior moving from Paris where I was living with my husband for couple of years. My extensive knowledge of Miami’s schools and neighborhoods, international approach and Interior Design background makes me ideal provider to your superior Real Estate service in addition to my Interior Design Expertise. Today I turn 46.

Looking at that little girl in the mirror, I can’t help but wonder what I would tell her if I could go back for just a moment.

I would tell her that life will be full.
Full of love, family, beautiful places, unexpected turns, big decisions, mistakes, victories, and more than a few new beginnings.

That she will become stronger than she ever imagined, while still keeping a little bit of that girl inside her.

At 46, I feel less need to prove anything to anyone. I know myself better. I know what matters, what doesn’t, and most importantly, who I want beside me.

I’m grateful for my family, my boys, the people I love, the work that inspires me, the places I’ve been, and all the places I still want to see.

And I’m grateful that after 46 years, I’m still curious about what comes next.

If I could say just one thing to that little girl in the mirror, it would be:

“You have such an interesting life ahead of you. Don’t be afraid. And never stop being yourself.”

Back in Miami - and back to work. ❤️

After a wonderful summer filled with travel, family, and time to recharge, it feels good to be home and starting a new real estate season.

I’m coming back with fresh energy, new ideas, and an even clearer vision of how I want to work with my clients - not simply listing properties, but helping homeowners make smart decisions about how to prepare, position, and present their homes for the market.

With my background in interior design and years in Miami real estate, this has always been the part of my work I enjoy most: seeing the potential in a property and knowing what is worth changing — and, just as importantly, what isn’t.

Our first summer sailing camp in Italy… and it definitely won’t be our last! ⛵🇮🇹

No judgment, please… 😂 After making Matthew hike, bike, and swim around the Dolomites for 3 weeks, I figured he had earned some fun on Lake Garda!

We had such a great experience, and it was amazing to watch his confidence grow on the water every day.

If you’re looking for a sailing camp in Italy, here are two fantastic options:

⛵ Circolo Vela Torbole (ages 6+) – a welcoming atmosphere, English-speaking instructors and campers, perfect for beginners. We stayed in Riva del Garda, just a 10-minute drive away.

⛵ Univela Campione (ages 8+) – a more intensive sailing program in one of the best wind locations on Lake Garda.

Highly recommend both if you’re planning a summer in Italy with kids! 🇮🇹💙
