Olga was absolutely fantastic in helping me find an apartment! I was moving from another state and had only 2 days to find an apartment before having to return home. I called many realtors. Olga called back and made herself available to meet with me that same day. A few other realtors did return my calls, but they were not available to meet until later that week. Olga showed me a variety of apartments. I could tell she was listening closely to my thoughts, responses and preferences because as we went from one apartment to the next, the apartments progressively matched the preferences I expressed. We saw some gorgeous apartments, many of which met my criteria and which I could have moved into happily. So I was ready to leave and think things over at my hotel. We then departed, however Olga knew better than I that there was something out there that would suit me better and make me happier than what we had already seen. Olga said she was going to see if she could get the keys to show me one last apartment that she thought I would really, really like. Well, we parted but then she went the extra mile. She called me about an hour after I left and I went to meet her at the final apartment. It was PERFECT! She had listened closely to what I wanted and found the EXACT fit! The view, the area, the layout, the rooms, the type of building, everything fit. I was very impressed with Olga's work ethic and dedication -- she could have stopped after three apartments and I would have probably moved into one of them. She wanted me to love the apartment I was going to move into and she succeeded in finding me such an apartment. She then stayed in contact with me over the next weeks while I worked through all the paperwork. And by stay in contact, I mean that she was available by phone or email at any time of the day, any day of the week. She responded to my emails in an incredibly timely manner (in fact most of the time I was shocked at how fast she responded -- in a matter of minutes!!) She was also available by phone and called me regularly to make sure things were going well or if there was any news to send along. There were many things about my move that were difficult -- movers, packing, leaving old ways behind etc -- so I was lucky that Olga made finding and securing the perfect place easy. I am so glad I found Olga to help me out. She is an incredibly pleasant, trustworthy and dedicated realtor who will work hard to find you exactly what you want and where you want it. I recommend her highly and without reserve to anyone looking for an apartment / house / rental / condominium that truly fits your needs and desires.
