🎉 Just Sold to the most deserving client! If resilience had a name, it would be hers. When we first met all I could think was God, please let me find a solution, the perfect match for what she needs right now. And we did!

🛑 After falling out of contract once, the second home was the charm. Then the title issues came, open permits, liens, and Sascha Bernal | Title Agent · Miami and her team were able to keep us in the game and solved so many issues quietly in the background.

😣 Then the condo laws changed on August 3rd regarding financing. We were supposed to close before then, but permits. No need to fear because Giovanni Narvaez and his team were able to successfully get us to a close.

🫶 When I say it takes a team, this is what I mean. Not all transactions go smoothly. Thankfully, this team got it done and our client is in her new home, turning a new leaf for herself and her son. Congratulations to all!!

🥰 My favorite part, though, has been seeing Debbie and Pappy’s excitement throughout this process. This NextGen home lets everyone stay close while still having their own separate space.
