RGT Home Experts The Lee Rosa and Ralph Goicouria Team RGT Real Estate Services was established in 2007 at the end of the great real estate BOOM. We grew up in South Florida.

Because we opened our doors in a financial crisis, as prices and sales of houses took a nose dive, we had to change our approach to practicing real estate. This approach became and still is the cornerstone to our business. It was a simple and direct approach to real estate. The objective in our approach is to find the most direct and efficient route to solving your real estate needs. We developed

our mission from here. This mission is to offer a full service real estate experience. With this holistic approach to real estate we are able to enhance the outcome of our client's experiences within this industry. Because of this holistic approach we are able to guide our clients to their goals in real estate. The pillars in our real estate approach include: thoroughly discovering our client's needs, navigating them to the finish line, protecting the equity of their assets, and negotiating the best possible outcome for them. With that being said, beside the fact that when dealing with real state time and money is of utmost concern, we understand the pace of this South Florida market which is a very important factor when doing business here. Once we have discovered our client's needs and implemented our mission to their strategy we streamline the process. The process includes guiding our clients every step of the way. Due to our experience and knowledge of this market we know what it takes to locate the right home and negotiate the best deal for our clients. We treat our client like family. We will do whatever it takes to create a seamless experience for you and gain your trust for future business. We practice real estate as professionals. However, our passion for real estate is grounded in something bigger. We aspire to make a difference in the community we serve and the individual lives we touch. These factors are what motivates us.
