2. Bridge Loan/Buy Before You Sell Program
I can connect you with people who can help you buy before you sell... so you skip the simultaneous experience all together. ☝️ I know a credible lender who designed a program specifically to avoid contingent offers, bridge loans, and the simultaneous experience.

3. Post or Pre-Possession Agreement
While these can get sticky, it could be possible to stay in your current home after closing, or even move into your new home early.
