I'm 81 years old. In itself, no big deal. BUT I have lived longer than most of our current population. This means that I have done things and seen things that the younger generations could hardly know a thing about..... And it gives me a yardstick by which I can measure change in our country. I fear a yardstick is no longer long enough to measure that change.... Aud and I have always been proud to fly the American flag. But I am now using our beloved flag to proclaim our deep fear that America is in serious distress! We are flying our flag upside down! I am not unhappy with America, but I am concerned that too much of our population has become numb to the incredible changes that have happened since the 60's. Changes that bring us closer to slipping into a cesspool, rather than shining on a mountain top.

While it's true that ANCR Sundials is on its Winter Break, there's a number of dials that were completed before the hiatus began. Here's one with an unusual silhouette: a lake!
