I know that homeownership in this market can seem unobtainable but it’s really not. I still firmly believe that if you don’t see yourself moving within the next 3-5 years, homeownership is the way to go. You just need to make smart decisions about which home you choose.

Having someone in your corner who’s going to be brutally honest with you about the long term investment of likely your biggest life purchase is so important. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me to get the ball rolling!

🐭 MICE!

Every homeowner has to deal with pest and mice from time to time. The main point is that you HAVE to be proactive about getting them out of your home and quickly. Rodents can cause serious damage to your home and are not welcome to stay. I encourage you to inspect your basements and crawl spaces quarterly for evidence of pests. With Spring finally approaching, it’s a good idea to get outside and look for any open areas they could be entering and seal those bad boys up!

Excuse my face I had just woken up, and yes I promptly disposed of that sponge and bleached my countertops 🤢!

Apparently this was ‘such a sad day’ to my SIL because our home search together had come to an end 😂, but Dan and I were super excited for this day to finally be here.

•Strong Marketing
•Contract negotiation
•Knowledge of contracts and the market

The market has shifted a little bit. I see over and over again just how different the services offered by local Realtors are. Choose wisely 😉.

Who doesn’t love a little before and after?

If you want to sell your home but are overwhelmed by the thought of preparing it, let me help you.

I see so many agents walk into a home they’re listing and just take pictures of it exactly how it’s been lived in. 90% of the time that is not what’s going to yield you the highest sales price.

Hire someone you trust, and listen to their advise. If you’re thinking of listing your home, look at the previous listings that agent has had. Are they clean? Are they staged? Are they professionally photographed? How did they market the property?

These things MATTER. The better your property looks = more people come view it = best sales price for you.

This was one of the bigger renovations I’ve had done prior to listing with a full primary bath upgrade and it paid off. I can guarantee we would not have gotten the sales price we did ($54k over asking) without all the heavy lifting my clients put into their home first.

Buying a home in this market is so tough but if you have a good realtor and lender in your corner you WILL land one you’re super excited about!

I was happy to help out two buyers recently one who had to utilize a Hubbard clause (need to sell a current home in order to buy) and one who’s main criteria was that he needed a massive garage or barn.

Happy to say they were both able to get to the closing table smoothly and landed in some really nice homes and neighborhoods!
