I always, always buy my clients cute key day gifts. But this time, I got a gift too! A bunch of gifts actually. These are extra special because they were handmade by my client and her daughter. Jenn and Abby are the owners of an amazing soap company called Wisteria Gardens Soap Co. I actually bought these soaps as gifts for Mother’s Day this year and I’ve had so many requests to continue buying them for the people I have gifted them to.

The soaps are out of this world amazing. The scent and the clean feel they give are unmatched. And the bath bombs?! Honestly better than Lush and I’m not just saying that because you know how much I love Lush. They leave your skin so moisturized, I highly recommend buying at least one bath bomb with your order so you can see for yourself.

This market is crazy, we all know that. If you’re sick of the bidding wars or if you feel like you’re settling for something you’re not really in love with, consider a new build!

That’s what Brooke did! Every home we were seeing just didn’t feel right to her. I noticed what she wasn’t liking about each one and I told her we needed to meet with a builder. After about an hour with the ever so amazing Melissa Rodriguez at K. Hovnanian, Brooke knew she was at home. A home that she got to make all her own!

HELLO!

I just realized my last post was June 7th. It's been a month almost?!

I disappeared for a bit as we had a few family matters I needed to attend to but I am so happy to say I am back full time!

While I was gone, I was still responding to emails and questions. One question that I received frequently was "I want to sell my house, but we haven't found where we want to go. How do I do that without basically being kicked out of my house if it goes under contract?"

EASY! It's actually better to have your house under contract before putting offers in on your future home, but that does not mean you'll be forced out of your home at a certain date. Want to know how? Message me!

I received a call from the (former) owner of this home. When I picked up, he said “I think I want you to sell my house...”

I responded with “Well I know I want to, let’s get this going!”

And get it going we did! Showings were scheduled almost instantly, we made him a lot of money and found him his forever home as well!
