Today is the first day of Autumn! I love showing homes in the fall, as it feels cozy, and the colors just highlight the warmth. A couple of tips if you’re thinking of putting your house on the market this fall: Clean up your yard and give it a pop of extra curb appeal! Both mums and marigolds are available in yellow, which is my number one home-selling color. Plant them in pots—place pots on the steps and along the sidewalk. Make sure the windows sparkle and turn on all the lights – it’s getting darker earlier now! I’ve got even more tips up my sleeve – so give me a call if you are considering buying or selling soon!
