Doesn’t just happen because you want it to happen.

LEGACY…
A single moment changes everything, moments that don’t enter the room loudly, but enter quietly and unannounced.

This was the case with my dad; his sacred farewell intertwined with closings, inspections, celebration parties for my clients my Mom’s Birthday and the Holidays. I was physically torn, emotionally drained and heartbroken.💔

In Real Estate we have scripts and systems to help with our businesses except how to handle real estate and real life colliding.

While my humanity was screaming, my business was demanding. Here’s the lesson- two things can be true at the same time. Life can be filled with the sweetest joy and the deepest sorrow, simultaneously both bitter and sweet. It’s still raw and today I am missing ❤️‍🩹 him….so making this post was beyond difficult but therapeutic at the same time. A liberating freedom that comes in carrying both with same amount of balanced weight and honored grace. ❤️‍🩹

I honor the man who taught me more than I could write in a single post. He was a major player in the way I treat people and handle my business today with integrity. RIP - Reside In His Presence

Partnering People and Places with heart and purpose is the reason why I do this because every journey should have an impactful story that inspires generations, just like my dad.

CELEBRATIONS…
don’t always wait for closing day, sometimes…it’s the unexpected surprise that everyone needs. This is one of those moments, curated behind the scenes for my client’s whose journey moved from searching to closing in under 60 days.

A timeline made possible by intention, referrals, preparation, unplanned hiccups and an unwavering commitment to successfully close because luxury isn’t always about price, it’s about the overall experience.

BUT here’s the part you don’t see. After this celebration, I quietly transitioned from work…to painfully saying goodbye to my father, who was in hospice. Real Life and Real Estate state collided in the same breath.

And still—my client’s experience mattered.
Because no matter what season I am personally walking through, the professional promise I make to the people who trust me with their next chapter in Real Estate does not pause.

This video captures one of the first stories in our mission: Helping 100 Renters become Homeowners—with heart-filled moments that move beyond transactional.

Today, I honor both. The people we serve…and the people who shaped us. I don’t just close homes, as a property legacy ambassador I honor every step of the journey that it takes to get to ownership.

HOW…
“Do You Have Time for Everything?”, is the number one question I’m asked. How do you BALANCE being a Wife, Mom, Nonna, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Dance Mom, Realtor, Flight Attendant, Business Owner, Speaker, Volunteer, and still choose to show up with excellence for yourself and others?

Truth is— I don’t 😊 😁🤪. In a perfect world, yes BUT perfect worlds and balance do not exist. There is only intentional alignment and discipline with divine purpose. Some days demand and take more than I think I can give. Days that feel like controlled chaos wrapped in grace while other days feel easy and resuscitate my soul like a breath of fresh air.

I have learned that balance isn’t about doing everything yourself, it’s about trusting others, leaning into the wind and not always fighting it. Choosing to do the right things over the popular things when no one is watching. Serving others for the right reasons:
In real estate.
In business.
In work.
In marriage.
In motherhood.
In family & friendships. 
In life.

As we focus on this new year, the mission is bigger than the transactions. It’s about helping 100 buyers re-align with intentional purpose and build a legacy of ownership.

Reminding every entrepreneur and real estate agent - that even when real estate and real life collide, pursue your highest calling and purpose- servant leadership.

You are allowed to grow a business and protect your peace. You are allowed to dream boldly—without the need to give permission to living a full life or burning out. This is what it looks like to partner people and places— with purpose and grace.

MOVIE…
If my real estate life was a movie… 🎬 it would start with affirmations, sunshine, and music much like the movie American Beauty. Quoting Affirmations like “I will sell this house today.”

But much like the perfect movie twist, beauty turns into reality…and things don’t always look like the way that they appear.

On any day I can have outfit changes. Vacuum and sweep corners no one sees. Staging. Cleaning. Preparing. Cooking all look effortless when it is actually intentional.

This is the part of real estate most people never see— work that happens behind the scenes before the open house, before the offer, before the closing.
