Iowa is looking more and more put together every day. Insultion was blown in last week, drywall was completed in 2 days, the cement was poured for the garage outback and a walkway from the back deck to the garage was made.

Movement is starting on Iowa street! Excavation and foundation building have begun. We have temporary power to the site and framing should begin within a week or so … stay tuned!

RKS closed on this gem today! It’s located in Indianapolis (46219) on 1 acre of land. We will be tearing down and completing TWO new builds in its place. Stay tuned for updates as we navigate doing THREE total new builds at once 😅

🏡 CLOSING DAY 🏡

RKS has been a little quiet so far since the selling of our last 2 homes earlier in 2021, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been hard at work. Finding the right deal is sometimes easier said than done. It takes a lot of time to find the properties, calculate the numbers and get accepted offers on an already competitive market. Our real estate agents, Kim and Suzzi with Gemini Realty Group and investors work very hard to find us deals that we can work with. Today’s is no different …. this morning we closed on a property in the very popular, Bates Hendricks Neighborhood! We’ve never done a new build, so we’re very anxious to get started on this project and see what kinds of opportunities this will bring our business.
