Taylor Thomas I was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. Moved out to Washington, DC when I married my husband in

Taylor is a native Hoosier; she grew up on the west side of Indianapolis and graduated from Purdue University in 2012 with a degree in Public Relations and Broadcasting. Taylor had a long successful track record with a media advertising company following college graduation - consistently exceeding industry averages and internal expectations. It was during the purchase of her & her husbands first home that her Realtor nudged her to become one herself! Soon after, Taylor found her passion for Real Estate and hasn't looked back. Having moved from Indy to DC for her husband's military career, Taylor started her real estate career in the highly competitive Washington, DC market where she quickly learned the ropes and closed $12M in business! Since starting her career in our Nation's capital, Taylor has brought her talents back to her home state of Indiana. To date, she has closed $24M and has helped countless families find the perfect home. Taylor' work ethic, authenticity, loyalty, and dedication are rooted in the Hoosier values instilled growing up in Indiana. Former 2012 Indianapolis 500 Festival Queen, 2010 Miss Indiana finalist, and 3 sport athlete growing up Taylor had the competitive spirit engrained at a young age. Competition drove her in youth, middle and high school athletics and continues to drive her today. Estate sales—especially those involving probate—aren’t usually what anyone would call "fun."

But this one? A walk in the park!

Everyone involved moved as swiftly as possible, communicated well, and kept things moving forward. And despite having 16 heirs spread all across the country who all needed to sign off on things, we made it to the closing table ON TIME!

With estate and probate transactions, there are always a few unknowns. You’re coordinating multiple parties, attorneys, paperwork, timelines, and emotions—all while trying to get the property successfully sold.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make this one such a smooth process.

Today we closed on my grandparents’ condo.

Without a doubt, this was a bittersweet moment. There are so many memories held within those walls—memories of family, laughter, love, and moments that I’ll carry with me forever.

Today, we closed the final page of their earthly story. But their story doesn’t end here.

The memories they gave us, the love they shared, and the imprint they left on our family will live on forever in our hearts.

Until we see you both again… Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever a part of us.

5020 Ford St. is officially HOME to my amazing VA buyers!

This super-cute bungalow is truly the epitome of what a Speedway bungalow should be—and I couldn’t be happier for the people who get to call it home.

The journey to get here was… well, very interesting. There were twists, turns, and definitely a few moments where we wondered what story we were writing.

But here’s the thing: this was THEIR story. And I have a feeling it’s going to be one of those stories that gets told around the Thanksgiving table for years to come.

But WE MADE IT. And that’s what matters.

✨SHE’S A HOMEOWNER! ✨

1115 N Gale St. is officially HOME to someone I’m extra excited to celebrate—a friend from high school and now a FIRSTTIME HOMEOWNER!

Kim actually graduated high school with my husband, JD, and he was the one who helped secure her home loan! Talk about a small-world moment.

And let me tell you… this BOSS LADY signed her closing documents WHILE WORKING A TOUR IN TEXAS! What a way to become a homeowner!

For all my small business owners, entrepreneurs, and S-Corp business owners—you already know… buying a home when your income doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional W-2 box is NO SMALL FEAT.

It takes preparation. Patience. Tenacity. Determination. And a whole lot of perseverance.

And she had ALL of it.

I am so incredibly excited for her I can hardly stand it! Watching someone you’ve known for years accomplish something this BIG is pretty darn special.
