Finally got 3293 Main St, Rocky Hill closed last week after a multitude of issues. From a title defect going back to previous owners to unforgettable tenant issues. This transaction would never have closed without a patient buyer, incredible buyer’s agent , my determined seller, and my absolute go-to rockstar attorney team Carolyn Futtner, Michelle Macomber, and Dawn Thatcher! I learn something from every deal. This one reinforced many lessons and taught a few new. Who you rent to matters! Always opt for title insurance, without it this would have cost my client thousands!
Congratulations to my seller! I got him 35k over asking on this investment property he tried selling with several other realtors over the past several years with no luck.
