Remember Disclosures for MLS listings and For Sale by owner according to the state of Indiana, the seller still has to fill out a disclosure form and has to disclose all known major defects.
We just had a home inspection and the roof that the seller said wasn't leaking is leaking in several areas and even has some mold growth. This is a problem and could jeopardize the contract.

Searching for the just the right home to purchase can be a short or long term search. The right home can be the first home you view or your 50th. This market unfortunately for the buyer is a seller's market, competition for a great home at the right price and great condition can be very competitive. Viewing a home as soon as possible is very important. The day the home is listed is a good idea to view if possible. A serious buyer should be ready to write an offer on a property by being pre-qualified so the active home buyer can write an offer immediately.

Closing on a new Build by Westport Homes in Plainfield tomorrow.
Just finishing some issues that Westport is going to have repaired.
The yard still needs work but that's due to the weather, wet and cold. Unfortunately, you can't move dirt, plant bushes or lay sod.
Westport has it scheduled for as soon as the yard drys and weather is better.

Tomorrow is a final walk thru on a new build on a home by Westport in Blackthorne Villas, Plainfield. The area is located well off of Dan Jones and close to 40 hywy.
