I've spent the last 10 years working along side my husband in the flooring installation industry. I enjoyed it because i was able to meet so many different people. Even at times I was able to use my love for design to help others. At times even my husband was referring me to help customers with colors, styles, and even patterns. About 3-4 years ago we attended a real estate seminar in the Rocheste
r area. For three days we sat through this learning, taking notes, and gaining ideas. However, after seeing the cost of the program we decided against it even though we were chosen. I knew I would be good at flipping houses based on my background. So a couple more years pasted and I one day I realized I possibly knew someone who would be an investor for us. So we got our ideas together and we approached him. He agreed and that is how our first house cam about 120.
120 was purchased for 60,000 and 20,000 went in to fixing it. The house sold for 110,000 exactly what we were asking. We knew not a lot of profit was to be made on this first one as the it is only 1,000 soft and 3 bars, 1.5 baths. But the house was amazing in the end. I was extremely happy. so I hope to continue my adventures doing this.
