📉 Metro Atlanta’s median price dipped 1.7% to $400K, but that’s still up from $255K in 2019
✨ For sellers, pricing and presentation matter more than ever

Fall often gets overlooked in real estate conversations. Everyone assumes spring is the only time to make a move. But in our experience, fall is one of the most underrated seasons to list.

Here's why: buyers who are actively searching in September and October are serious. They have motivation - could be a job change, a lease ending, or a family transition. Ultimately, they're ready to move.

Less competition on the market, motivated buyers, and a neighborhood that looks beautiful in fall foliage? That's a combination sellers shouldn't sleep on.

If you've been waiting for the "right time," this might be it. The Homegrown Team would love to walk you through what the market looks like right now in metro Atlanta.

🍂 Back to school season is here — and fall is right around the corner!

New routines, new rhythms, and for a lot of families… new neighborhoods on the mind.

If the start of a new school year has you thinking about more space, a better commute, or getting into the right district — now is a great time to start the conversation. 🏡

We know the neighborhoods. We know the schools. And we’d love to help your family find the perfect fit before the leaves start to fall. 💛
