My job is meant to provide my client an honest

view of the home, period. I'm not in business to sell or prevent sales of houses. I'm in business to look at a house and tell what I see. I aim to provide a clear picture for my client so they can make the best decision for themselves in relation to a home sale.

I'm the son of a Handyman. I grew up tagging along to various carpentry/plumbing/electrical/remodeling/roofing jobs. Watching my dad I saw that whenever he needed to learn a new skill, he would always find a way to get ahold of the information he needed to do the job in front of him. It always amazed me that my dad could do so many different things.
Well, now he's gone and I've been living life and a lot of the skills I learned while watching him have become second nature to me. I've followed his example of looking for answers whenever I run across something I'm not familiar with. I've spent time around the trades (electrical/HVAC/plumbing/roofing) and Home Inspection looked like a good match for where my head is at.
So, now I am setting out on a journey to help home buyers see how the systems that that make up a home should work together and if any of those systems need attention.
I look forward to providing insight that gives a thorough picture of the condition of the home, so the decisions being made will be well informed and confident decisions.
