Every piece of equipment in the shop needs maintenance, and our Wood Wizz is no exception...

Here's a few pics of our horizontal sacrificial slat replacement today. These pieces of kiln-dried wood were first planed down to exactly the same thickness, then countersunk so that the bolts don't interfere with slabs on the surface. This care makes for a perfect surface to flatten slabs to.

The first pic shows what a couple months of screwing clamps down to these slats does...and the last one shows a perfectly flat, level surface that we create for you, our customers.

We have a pretty good start to our collection of Tequila Dos Artes]] Extra Anejo "Mala Vida" collectible bottles. The black bottles are a limited edition run of bottles that Tequila Dos Artes]] collaborated with for the design.

Stay tuned for some next-level displays for our collection. Who knows, we might get Tequila Dos Artes]] to have us out to their distillery in Jalisco to collaborate with us on some custom displays, boxes, or artwork!

That would be AWESOME!

Got another project out before Christmas!

This beautiful Monkey Pod double-heart crosscut (with rare burl) was made for a special friend/coworker's daughter to be used as her "sweetheart table" for her wedding this week. After the wedding, it will join them as a piece of custom furniture that will make their house into a home!
