September has arrived.
The calendar may say summer is winding down, but this is when you get to experience a different side of Long Island. The beaches get quieter, Fire Island crowds begin to thin, the windows open back up, and the cooler ocean air starts rolling in.
It’s also a great reminder that Long Island & Fire Island aren’t just about July & August. Owning a home in this magical place means getting to enjoy these quieter days too, and some would argue that they’re the best ones.
If spending another summer wishing you were on the South Shore or the beach has you thinking about your future, now is a pretty good time to start looking.
