Susan works with Douglas Elliman Real Estate handling both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She loves the pursuit of locating the perfect home, investment or office space for her clients and thrives on forming long term customer relationships. It was no surprise that Susan chose real estate as her profession considering she is the fourth generation of real estate professionals
in her family. Susan also has a direct pulse on the real estate market considering she was the Senior Administrator and Lead Negotiator for various law firms over the last 9 years. She has helped countless families save their homes from foreclosure while working for law firms that specialize in the complex practice of foreclosure defense litigation and loan modification negotiation. Susan has the uncanny ability to successfully negotiate short sales in a short period of time with banks. Prior to her law firm experiences, Susan was the Senior Vice President of Centerline Capital Group (formerly Related Capital Company and Chartermac Capital Company) where she managed the Developer Services platform, for 17 years, of a national multifamily affordable real estate portfolio comprised of approximately 1,500 limited partnerships valued in excess of $6 billion located throughout 48 states. Susan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Providence College. She has been a life- long resident of the Village of Brightwaters and feels growing up on the South Shore of Long Island has afforded her the opportunity to live and raise her family in one of the most beautiful regions of Long Island, New York. Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, 5 children and 2 dogs, often running to various activities such as baseball, lacrosse, tennis or crew. Susan welcomes the opportunity to assist you in any of your real estate transactions.
