Another drive today to the Miralis factories in Ramouski (see next pic). I’m trying to be better at taking pictures of what I see. I’ll be designing three Miralis displays for the Lakeville Farmingdale showroom when I return so I’m looking at a lot of specific details. But some of the things that Miralis does really well are: a clean modern aesthetic, color palette, glass curios, finished interiors, laminate that looks so much like wood you’d be shocked and more. But most importantly, I had a “deconstructed lemon meringue“ for dessert that was a delicious as it was beautiful

Bienvenue Canada!🇨🇦 I love traveling for work because it means I’m learning something new, seeing something new, getting to know people. Today in a nutshell: short flight, long drive. Delicious lunch with poutine (of course) at Cochon Dingue—entire staff in French striped shirts. I considered asking if they sell them (IYKYK) but decided against it. Next stop solid surface factory, then ‘s beautiful showroom full of A fantastic Japanese dinner and drinks at Honō Izakaya (see last pic). Now, sleepy time—bonne nuit!
