Hello. I have some new faces so I want to reintroduce myself. Hi! I’m Andrea. I’m in pursuit of a simplistic life as I work from home in our family’s business and learn to work with my brain to stay productive and motivated. Planning is a topic I love talking about and I’ll begin sharing a bit more about it moving forward. Planning is the best way I have found to keep myself on track.

Every year I like to pick a word of the year in hopes I will stick to something and move my life forward. Last year, 2022, was the first year I picked a word and stuck with it. Last year was "self" and boy did I find myself. I learned to advocate for myself and spent money on myself to try better my life. I got braces for myself, had oral surgery, was clinically diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia, and I committed to an eating plan and lost 20 lbs.

My word for 2023 is "move". Moving my body, physically moving our household, moving away from off-the-shelf products for lower toxic household, and moving forward with one of my business/passion projects.

Do you choose a word of the year? What is yours? I love hearing other people's words.
