Real estate has been part of my family for generations.

My grandmother, Marie Gallagher, built her Bainbridge Island real estate business in the 1980s after years working in Kitsap County real estate. My mom joined her not long after, and I grew up watching both of them build relationships rooted in trust, care, and deep community connection.

I learned early that this work is about far more than transactions. It is about helping people navigate major life transitions with honesty, communication, and steadiness.

I’m always saving images that catch my eye or feel inspiring in some way.

Lately, it’s been a lot of flowers, water, softer colors, cozy spaces, boats, texture, and little details that feel very May.

One of my favorite local things lately was the flower stand created for a pop up in Winslow (bottom right hand corner). I always love seeing the way local businesses and creatives support one another here, especially the number of women owned businesses constantly finding ways to collaborate and show up for each other.

This one feels especially meaningful. 💫 Perched at the end of a quiet lane with sweeping waterfront views stretching from the Cascades to Seattle and Mt. Rainier, this home was always something special.

This sale is a good reminder that real estate can be all about timing. We brought this beautiful Bainbridge waterfront home to market last year, and despite all it had to offer, the timing just wasn’t right. Buyers were hesitant, the market felt uncertain, and it simply wasn’t the right fit - yet.

This spring, we came back with a fresh approach, the market shifted, and it found the perfect buyers.
