If you didn’t list your Bainbridge Island, WA home this spring, you did not miss your shot. 🤍

Comment START and let’s talk about what selling this summer could look like for you ✨

Every year around this time, sellers ask me the same thing:
Did I wait too long? Is the best window already gone?

Here’s the honest answer. No. 🌿

The buyers shopping right now on Bainbridge Island are some of the most serious buyers all year. The casual spring browsers have moved on, and the people still looking are ready to make a move.

Inventory here is still limited, which means a well-priced and well-prepared home can really stand out. 🏡

And many buyers are working toward a specific timeline. A lot of families want to be settled before the new school year begins, which helps keep demand strong all summer long.

Waiting also has a cost. Another mortgage payment, another season of upkeep, and eventually competing with the wave of homes that typically hit the market in the fall.

If selling has been on your mind, early summer is still a very strong place to start ☀️

Bainbridge Island neighborhoods where buying the “worst house on the block” is still the right call. 🤍

Because on Bainbridge Island, you can renovate the house… but you can’t recreate the location, the lifestyle, or the feeling of being in the right neighborhood.

These are four areas I always tell buyers to pay attention to before starting their search:

☕ Winslow — walkable coffee shops, waterfront views, boutiques, and easy ferry access.

⚓ Wing Point — peaceful streets, beautiful homes, and one of the closest neighborhoods to downtown.

🌊 Fort Ward — beach access, coastal trails, and that quieter side of Bainbridge people move here for.

🌅 Manitou Beach — laid-back waterfront living with sunset views that never really get old.

The reality is, homes in these neighborhoods tend to hold their value because people aren’t just buying a house here… they’re buying a lifestyle.

And most buyers who get into these areas, even in a smaller or less updated home, are usually glad they did long-term.

Thinking about making a move to Bainbridge Island? ✨

Most agents start with the checklist. Photos. Floor plans. Go live.

I don’t start there.

Before I market your home, I figure out who is most likely to fall in love with it… and why ✨

Maybe it’s the way the kitchen light hits in the morning. The back porch after a long day. The oversized living room that suddenly becomes the gathering place for everyone. The primary suite that finally feels like a retreat 🌿

That’s the difference.

Because buyers who feel emotionally connected to a home don’t negotiate the same way buyers who are just casually shopping do.

Every photo. Every video. Every showing. Every line of marketing is built around the person who is most likely to walk in and say:
“This is the one.” 🏡

That’s the job.

Sellers on Bainbridge Island hire me because they want more than someone who just lists a house. They want someone who understands how to position it, market it, and create the kind of connection that actually moves people.

I figure it out 🤍
