There’s a certain kind of Bainbridge Island home that buyers hope will hit the market someday. Usually, it’s the one with original character, a great lot, thoughtful updates, and enough personality that it doesn’t feel like everything else buyers have been touring for months. Arthur Mortell and I recently had the opportunity to help our buyers secure exactly that in Commodore.

The moment we walked through the door, it was clear this home had been reimagined with real intention.
