As we reflect on the finale of Bainbridge Island’s Asian Arts & Heritage Festival last weekend, we’re incredibly grateful to have served as a head sponsor once again for this meaningful month-long celebration.

One of the things we love most about Bainbridge is its rich history and the diverse communities that have helped shape it. The festival is a beautiful reminder that culture, storytelling, and shared experiences bring us together while honoring the many contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities on our island.

It also offers an opportunity to reflect on Bainbridge’s history, including the legacy of the Japanese American families who helped build this community and whose resilience continues to inspire us today.

A special thank you to Stephanie Riis, whose vision, creativity, and tireless dedication helped bring this festival to life. We deeply admire her commitment to celebrating and preserving Filipino culture, as well as her remarkable talent as a performer.
