Sometimes the best-prepared home is the one that has been lovingly cared for all along.

Lou Ann and Jerome had owned their Bill Point home for years, and it showed. The house and property had been kept in immaculate condition, leaving very little to do when it came time to prepare for market. No major projects. No long list of repairs. Just a home that had been thoughtfully maintained and was ready to shine.

And interestingly, they weren’t exactly looking forward to the process of selling. In fact, they were a little apprehensive about the whole thing—the broker interviews, the paperwork, the preparation, the endless “yada yada.” 😂

Then… tada!

We came in, added a little staging, and within about two weeks, their home was on the market. Two and a half weeks later, it was closed.

For Stan and Merry, the next adventure was calling from Boise. With Stan’s ties to Idaho and a home there that they unexpectedly fell in love with, their timeline suddenly got a whole lot shorter—and it was time to move quickly.

Fortunately, they had spent years doing what every seller hopes they’ll have done when the time comes: taking exceptional care of their home. Annual maintenance was always a priority, and their beautiful Leslie Landing Craftsman had been thoughtfully cared for from top to bottom. That made it possible for our team to move quickly, prepare the property, and bring it to market without sacrificing the details.

From there, Stan and Merry trusted the process. They listened to the market data, priced strategically rather than overshooting the market, and allowed us to position the home to make a strong first impression.
