Did they just run out of insulation & were too lazy to buy more🤦‍♀️ This is a fairly new build as well.
Easy fix to negotiate with the sellers but wouldn't know if you skipped the home inspection in the buying process.

Bonus you're buying a house that has a hot tub included🤩 Make sure it's running properly & no leaks, otherwise it's not much of a bonus.

Sprinkler system water has to be on for the season to be inspected.

It's a 2hr test evaluating the well's capacity to deliver adequate water volume (GPM), and pressure (PSI), to ensure the system meets household demands without running dry.
Can do a 4hr test upon request.
