I am looking for a decent handyman to do odd jobs for my management company. I manage 65 properties in the Taft & Maricopa area, plus I manage 3 in Bakersfield. You must have your own transportation and tools.
I always have to have an estimate of each job before any work is done, because the property owner has to approve the estimate first. I don’t own any of the properties.
Before and after pictures to prove your work are a requirement.
(This also helps you build your own portfolio to show other prospective clients!)
Just remember that you won’t get rich off of my owners, but as long as you’re honest and know what you’re doing, you can make a decent living.
