I'm not going to gloat nor am I going to complain. I will pray for our country. I will pray for all the leadership to come together for the entire country and all the people, I will pray that they will be convicted to do the right things, to humble themselves and to remember they work for us.
I also pray for our country--that hearts can be healed and division can be stopped. What you post today and in the future--is it best for all or just for you? I pray for each and every one of you reading this and that you remember you have friends and family who may not agree with you, either way. Be kind to all your friends, neighbors and family.

There are so many hats a realtor wears during and even after a closing. Today, I had the honor of picking up my client/buyer from BFL. He moved here from FL. Today was the first day we met in person and the first day he saw his home in person. Up until today, all showings had been conducted over FaceTime. Many thanks to his lender Michelle Cooper @ San Joaquin Valley Mortgage and her daughter Megan Cooper for helping to get our client settled into his new home. These ladies even made his bed for him!! How Sweet!! Our Client’s moving truck won’t be here for another 21-days. Together, we were able to gather a twin bed, small sofa and get him a few household essentials to make him comfortable until his moving truck arrives. I love the work I do!!

Ten days post-knee surgery and I'm already back to my real estate roots - crutches and all! When a client calls, you drop everything (except the crutches, obviously). 🏥 Home recovering from surgery. It was worse than expected. According to the Dr. “A meniscus tear is an easy repair; You’ll walk the next day.” Ends up, I had a complete radial tear and that is the worst of meniscus tears. 😩 I’ll be COMPLETELY off of my foot for 1-week! So my butt is planted in the recliner. If you know me, staying put or staying still is not my forte! If y’all need me, you know where to find me.
