I know it may be easier to just use those taxes and move into a slightly bigger place to rent because it’s less of a hassle but little do you know you are falling deeper and deeper into the “Rental Trap”

Yesss interest rates are high but they can be BOUGHT DOWN.

Buy-Down Programs are available and are incredibly helpful. They start you off at a lower mortgage rate for the first two years and by the third year of rates are lower then 6.75 you can refinance and take advantage of that lower rate. It’s a win win!!
