Today’s meeting with BPD we discussed asking for my patrol around our schools for students safety. A possible collaboration with CHP we are working towards.
Save the date 1-18-25 BPD along with our group will be having their First Domestic Violence workshop. This will have community guest speakers as well as round table discussions with BPD officers to help teach them how it feels for victims & survivors when speaking to the police.
We also discussed BPD policy on Officer’s flashing their lights on to oncoming vehicles. This is against their policy. Any situations please not time, date & location and reach out to me or call BPD so the officer’s response can have this issue resolved.
