I have been working on obtaining a Translator/Interpreter English/Spanish certification. I’m getting tested December 4th at Bakersfield Collge. I decided to add it for myself to be able to better serve my clients, friends and family. I feel this has strengthened up my ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Conventional Loan
A conventional loan mortgage follows guidelines set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, two government-sponsored entities.

Key Features:
