Most people never expect to find themselves navigating probate. It usually comes during one of the most difficult seasons of life, and the paperwork, court requirements, and decisions can feel overwhelming.
Today, I spent my day reviewing probate documents, court orders, and working with attorneys and estate administrators to help move an estate forward. It's a reminder that selling a home through probate is very different from a traditional real estate transaction.
As a Certified Probate Specialist, I help families, personal representatives, executors, and administrators understand the real estate side of the process and guide them every step of the way.
