When people ask me “why did you chose your profession”? I can honestly answer my passion for teaching wealth through homeownership to my clients and partners. As a mortgage loan advisor, my number one goal is always education. I strive to educate new and returning borrowers to better navigate the mortgage industry. It is very important to me to provide value to the people around me, including mort

gage advisors working with me. With my 25 years in the real estate business I have been able to guide many people on their path to home ownership. Working to help everyone I serve grow their wealth and knowledge, including clients and my team members alike. I am a devoted wife and proud mother, any free time I get is spent with my husband, Justin, and our two incredible kids who are now adults. We love to travel, a nice dinner out with friends or just hanging out at home with our two Shih-Tzus. Real estate is a relationship business and I would love to connect with you whether you are looking to buy/sell now or down the road. Furthermore, if you are interested in the mortgage industry as a career I would love to share my knowledge and experience with you as well. Please reach out, let’s connect.

The mortgage process should not feel like a maze.
But for most buyers, it does. Too many numbers. Too many opinions. Not enough honest answers.

That is exactly what I am here to change.
I work with buyers who are done feeling confused and ready to move with a real plan behind them.

If that is you, DM me NEO and let us figure out your next step together.

Your Pinterest board has been ready for years. The living room. The kitchen. The backyard. You know exactly what you want.
But every time you look at your savings, you tell yourself, "Not yet."

Here is what I want you to hear today. The gap between where you are and owning that home is rarely as big as it feels. Most of my clients came to me thinking they were years away and walked out of our first conversation with an actual plan and a real timeline.

You do not need a perfect bank account. You need a strategy that works with what you actually have right now.

DM me NEO and let us find out exactly what is possible for you. No pressure. Just real numbers and an honest conversation.

Your interest rate is negotiable. Your lender isn't doing you a favor by giving you a number; they're giving you a starting point. And most people just say okay and sign.
Don't be that person.

Your credit score, your down payment, your loan term, even the timing of when you lock in- all of it moves that number. And if you don't know about buying down your rate with points, we really need to talk.
DM me before you sign anything.

You've been paying off student loans for years, thinking "I'll buy a home once these are gone."That's not how it works. And nobody told you.

Your lender doesn't care specifically about your student loans. They care about how much of your monthly income is already spoken for. That's it. One number. And that number is very manageable for many people carrying student debt.

So if you've been sitting on the sidelines waiting to be "debt-free" before you even look into buying, you might have been waiting for nothing.
DM me "READY" and let's find out where you actually stand.

Feeling trapped by your mortgage is more common than you think. Most homeowners assume they're stuck. Too priced out to move, too stretched to save, just surviving month to month. But the problem is never the house. It's the strategy nobody gave you.

Your credit card debt is quietly making it worse. Your rate isn't permanent. And your options are bigger than you've been told.

DM me "HEAVY" and let's actually look at your full picture together.
Save this for anyone you know who needs it.💚

Your mortgage payment isn't supposed to feel this heavy.
Many homeowners are one conversation away from improving their monthly cash flow.

Credit card debt with double-digit interest.
Equity sitting idle.
Refinance opportunities that were never explained.
Strategies that could lower financial stress but never made it into the conversation.

That's why reviewing your numbers every few years matters. What made sense when you bought your home may not be the best option today.

DM me "HEAVY" and let's take a look at your situation.

Save this post. Someone you know might need to hear it. 💚

You think renting is the safe choice. It's not; it's just the familiar one.
Your rent goes up every year. Your landlord's mortgage doesn't. You're literally paying for someone else's financial security while yours stays exactly where it is.

The perfect time to buy doesn't exist. The person who bought when it felt scary is now building equity every single month while you're still waiting for things to feel right.

Run the numbers. $2,800 a month in rent at just a 5% increase every year; do that math over 5 years and tell me renting is still saving you money.

DM me "READY" and let's actually look at what buying would cost you.

Most people spend 30 years paying off a home, thinking that is the plan.
Nobody told them the plan had a flaw.

Mortgage debt in retirement is rising. Longer loan terms. Later life purchases. Bigger loans. And a cost of living that never slows down.
Your home can double in value, and you can still wake up at 65 with a payment due.

Equity does not pay your bills. Cash flow does.
The smartest thing you can do right now is understand how your mortgage fits into your life when the income stops. Not after. Now.

DM me PLAN and I will break down exactly what your numbers look like in retirement.
