Every once in awhile you get a listing on a property that EVERYBODY wants. Well, this is one of those properties. I'm going to sound like I'm bragging, but really it's God's blessing on me and the seller. This last week, before, we had this property offically on the market, we had multiple offers. Thank God, we are able to be a small part of helping someone that really needed it.
