🚨"Rent falls in LA, rises in Suburbs" Yesterday LA Times🚨

This is really important reading because it correlates exactly with what has happened here in Bakersfield. Other articles have stated that newcomers to Bakersfield have been from ..... #1...Los Angeles county, and #2 ...Inland Empire counties (mainly San Bernardino county).

so, LA county rents fell 6%,
while our rents went up 14% !!

this is huge in working with investors who invested in Bakersfield, and are thinking of investing more, or are considering investing in Bakersfield for the first time. - Jordan Apartment Guys
