One of this week’s inspections in Syracuse. This was a post-closing inspection, as this particular client had to waive inspection when purchasing the home.

Spent some time in Herkimer earlier this week walking through a couple behemoth residential apartment buildings!

100+ units, and countless defects - from potential asbestos pipe insulation crumbling, actively leaking plumbing, structural deficiencies and, a first for us, an actual extension cord being used as wiring for an interior light fixture.

Always cool to see building practices and appliances from history. This massive boiler, for instance - still in operation!

Such a great experience and, what an incredible view from the roof.
