Congrats to these fine folks on the sale of their first 🏠 together AND purchase of a dreamy Craftsman build 🤤 After searching for a couple of years, they finally found THE one.. and it was all worth the wait! I will miss all the sports analogies and the fun we had in our search together 💜 BUT looking forward to seeing how they make an already beautiful home even more incredible. This girl has some killer taste 🤩 Congrats friends!!

Yesterday, my Babusa was laid to rest and I spent the entire day in NY with family—that she raised and loved with all depths of her soul—celebrating her life. And the memories we had... 💗
We got home late and I was excited to hugs the kiddos a little tighter. But as soon as I opened the car door, I was hit by the MOST magical fragrance. It literally stopped me dead in my tracks. I quickly realized it was my Peonies... the ones that I’ve been waiting for everyday. I was anxious to see if they’d blossom this year since they haven’t showed face since I planted them. Needless to say. I don’t have a green thumb. I knew it was unlikely. Until yesterday. My otherwise dead peony bush was in FULL blossom. And that’s when I knew it was my special gift from Babusa. Being named after her daughter, Rose, it was fitting to send me a message via my favorite flower: a peony. 🌸
I’ve always loved Peonies but it will be a new level of love moving forward. Thank you Babusa for my gift 🌸 May you Rest In Peace 💗 We love you 💕

Couldn’t let this week end without congratulating some special folks on going on their dream home! ✨

I've known J for years (or is a decade+ now? ) and was honored when he reached out to me for help in finding him and his beautiful fiance' a home. It's the highest compliment! ( thank you M&M for recommending me, too! 😘)

When we walked into this house, there was no doubt that this was the ONE for them. Their reaction was pure joy 💃🕺 and is a moment that I have consciously stored in my memory to retrieve on harder days. It was made for 📺!
