Let’s talk about adversity. Sometimes things are always so black and white. What may initially look like a failure doesn’t always end as such. Sometimes the dream is great yet the process may to complete the project may need to be adjusted.

James Lane Allen is famously quoted saying:

“Adversity does not build character, it reveals it.”

The important thing is to remain focused. There will come many times where your dream seems impossible, but this is not the time to get discouraged. We often give up right before we reach our dream, the only thing we had to do was persevere. Until your dream is realized, consider it under construction. Continue to invest and remain diligent to your dreams, after all, when they’re finally realized, what you’ll remember the most is the adversity you overcame and how it molded you into who you are meant to be!

As Open View LLC continues to evolve we made the decision to venture into real estate investments. We don’t want to simply connect sellers and buyers, we want to fully immerse ourselves and be a part of the process from start to finish. As We continue to evolve our business we experience success and failure. It seems the two are forever synonymous with each other. While we take pride and joy in our success, lessons are learned and knowledge is gained in failure. was a dream shared by 5 young men attending school in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

In the early 2000s we spoke numerous times about the possibility of going into business with one another. Between the 5 of us there are degrees in Communications, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Marketing , Biology and Nursing, together we knew that if we combined our knowledge and talents, one day our dream will be realized.

We specialize in managing Airbnb properties, we currently have a property in Las Olas, Florida and have a 4.4 (out of 5) ⭐️ rating on our first property! We are making the necessary adjustments to get to 5 ⭐️ and we welcome all feedback as we understand in order to get better we must be willing to learn. We are extremely excited about our first property and are looking to expand and replicate our success.

Don’t be afraid to chase your dreams, if it seems daunting, break out the process into smaller steps. Remember the success of your dream depends on YOU! Research, implement and act!
