Super congrats to my client! This transaction was not an easy one. We had to jump through some hurdles during inspection and certainly taught me how to advocate for my client’s needs when listing side tried to push for settlement without lien cert. Shout out to her amazing lender Carli Steiner. We did it! 🎉🎉 $25,000 in city incentives! 👏🏾

Oh and I can’t forget my buddy JR-Boukman Augustin! Thank you for the guidance on this one when things got shaky! Definitely have to work on my Spanish skills 😅

Attended an event last month, hosted by LIVE Baltimore to learn more about the new development coming to Cross Keys.

Arsh Mirmiran, lead developer of Cross Keys gave us some great information as what’s to come! Now is the best time to buy into these nearby condos because value is going ⬆️ in this area over the next 3-5 years. Retail stores, new construction homes, and luxury apartments are coming. I can’t wait to see the final phase.
