🔑🎉 Congratulations to one of the sweetest couples I have ever met, Kaylee and Zach on officially becoming homeowners! 🎉🔑
Kaylee and I cheered together for the Reisterstown Mustangs when we were 13 years old, so this was such a fun journey reconnecting with an old friend🤗

It was an absolute pleasure guiding them through the homebuying process, and I'm thrilled I was able to negotiate not only $15,000 under asking price, but a generous 4% in sellers concessions towards closing costs💰

And as the cherry on top, the house appraised for a whopping $392,000!!! They instantly gained over $32,000 in equity before they’ve even moved in! This plus the seller concessions means they gained a total of almost $50,000 in their new home! It’s all about staying on top of the market & having the right people in your corner.

SO happy for my buyers as we closed on their brand new home yesterday! It’s been so much fun working with them from the beginning. We went under contract on their new construction home in May, able to choose their lot, their layout, and ALL finishes…now they have a BEAUTIFUL brand new home!! Seeing this one through from beginning to end has been awesome, congratulations to my buyers & now friends!🤗🤩
