Two weeks ago our team traveled to Austin Texas for the IMN Single Family Rental Property Management, Operations And Tech Forum. Our managing partner Sean was lucky enough to be asked to be a panelist on one of the key discussions. The topic went into a few different areas of real estate investing but also focused on expanding the services you are providing as a company, to your owners and your residents. Our goal at SMD has always been to look for ways to offer a better resident experience, which in turn will lead to a more profitable investment for our owners and being a part of an event like this is a key to making that a reality.
