When you’re “just looking” and end up buying your dream home…

My client thought she was 12–18 months away from buying. Our plan? Take our time, casually tour a few homes, and get familiar with the market.

But I also know that the best opportunities often pop up when you least expect them — so I made sure she connected with lenders early. That way, when “the one” appeared, she’d be ready to act.

Fast forward… just a few tours in, we walked into this beautiful Federal Hill rowhome and instantly knew. 🏡 It was way ahead of schedule, but because she was prepared, we were able to move quickly and make it hers.

I’ll admit it… I get way too excited about summer home upgrades 😅
