I can't stress it enough...

Curb appeal is SO IMPORTANT when selling your home.

When people drive up, they should immediately think "I can see myself living here..."

And if the landscaping isn't beautiful, or there isn't a clear pathway to the front door, instead of thinking "How beautiful," at best they'll think, "It needs some work..."

Think of it like this...

If you've ever been to a concert, the performer always opens the show with a song everyone loves and ends with one everyone loves.

It starts on a good note and ends on a good note.

Same with a home.

Your curb appeal is your opener AND your closer.

They see it driving up, and they see it when they leave.

Simple!
