A multi-family 2-unit property downtown in Harbor East Little Italy that was off the market. These types of deals are very hard to find and can be difficult to close on. With doing seller financing there was a lot of back and forth negotiating between the seller and I but we got it done and it was totally worth it. These types of deals are very hard to find and can be difficult to close on.
