Local Infusion, a Nashville, Tennessee-based specialty infusion provider with more than 45 locations nationwide, has selected Creekside Station in Wi******er for its 12th location in Virginia and its first in the Wi******er submarket. The ambulatory infusion company signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation for 2,962 square feet of space at the 126,304 square foot lifestyle center situated at 3103 Valley Avenue and plans to open in March. A pair of commercial real estate brokerages have been making moves recently, with a local firm expanding westward and a Maryland firm bolstering its Richmond presence.

Range Commercial Partners, a Henrico-based brokerage that launched in 2023, has opened an office in Charlottesville. The firm is leasing space in the Apex Plaza building, just a few blocks from Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall.

Meanwhile Segall Group, a retail-focused brokerage out of Baltimore, recently moved into a new Richmond office as it enlarges its local headcount.
