Despite a 2 month delay due to permitting issues, we are almost done (about 2 weeks out). It's a process, and you have to be able to constantly adjust, adapt to changes, and roll with it! Granite for the countertops and a new black accent wall.

The Braddish Avenue property is a
complete gut and remodel. All new electrical,
plumbing, gas, HVAC, framing, and insulation. In
addition, that's how drywall is supposed to look.
Smooth with no imperfections.

We have an amazing team of contractors and are
close to the finish line. I am excited to share the final product (Coming Soon) with you all.

It's a wonderful feeling turning these dilapidated
houses into beautiful homes. I love the

The Property was a complete gut and total rehab. We decided to hold this property instead of selling. We put the property on the rental market, and within 2 weeks, we had a signed lease.
