I assisted these owners when they relocated in 2019 and they called us back to help them sell the property 7 years later. In my 21 years in the Baltimore area, this is one of the most unique properties I have had the pleasure of buying, remodeling/repairing and now selling for the customer.

Our latest searches found this property to actually be on the Baltimore County Landmarks Preservation list. The original stone farmhouse dates back to the early 1800's, then rebuilt several times since then. The modern house was built in 2004.

Wait until you see the pool complex!!!

Baltimore City Rowhome roofs. This one in Hampden was a hot mess. 7 layers, and the sheathing was rotted, cracked and overall mess. This was a full roof replacement including new plywood, structodek underlayment and rolled asphalt roofing.

We have been waiting nearly 5 months for BGE to install a secondary transformer for a new underground service for this house. We have some minor details to finish, but otherwise cant take things too much further without permanent power for heat.
Stay tuned, we hoped to be wrapped up in March and will post some professional photos of this 9 month transformation.
