Client had their kitchen redone, but after completion, had a change of heart regarding island orientation. Seating away from sink and storage towards is definitely the way to go. Removed electrical, lifted & 180ed and reinstalled everything

Odd 1. Door fell off “somehow”. We opened the wall to find a couple layers of 5/8” drywall so we installed a stud, secured the swing base and sent it.

A little turned into a lot. We were able to expand the stall size and remove the40’ of “duct to nowhere” outside to actually vent the bathroom 😀 Fit surround paneling and everything else seemed to fall in place

Client had an interesting situation. The original jet motor had failed. Access to replace was not really built in to the original install. We carefully opened the tile covered face, confirmed issue & removed the old motor. New motor had a different setup, so we created our own fitting, installed it and tested. After 3x leak testing a simple but secure access panel was installed for any further issues

A bathroom adjustment that we actually remembered to document before starting 😀 Expanded depth borrowing the unused closet from the adjacent room and after repairing the previous water damage, basically waterproofing just about everything

That shed is lit! Had an existing constant from a motion flood and client wanted something classy on a switch for illuminating while entertaining. Couldn’t find suitable mount plates for the lights so we made our own . This should light up the party

Client was not enthralled with the textured ceiling in the room they spent a good bit of time in. They wanted a covering that wasn’t shiplap, so we went with boxed paneling. Wasn’t sure how we’d feel about it at the outset, but the results left us stoked!

We’re guessing the original installers wrapped this exterior metal beam with fire rated drywall for code? 🤷‍♂️ Anyway, the elements had other plans for it. For safety and to mitigate damage to property, we removed the deteriorated materials and secured bead and soffit
