Meet Bayside Shops at 94th.

A familiar North Ocean City retail site is getting a new name and a fresh chapter. Continental Realty Corporation has started redevelopment activities at the former Ocean Plaza Mall, with plans to improve the property experience and create new opportunities for restaurant and retail uses.

The site will include a newly constructed ACME Markets, along with additional in-line retail space designed to better serve Ocean City residents, businesses and visitors.

It is all part of CRC’s continued strategy to reinvest in well-located retail properties and bring new energy to the places people already know.
